Universal recharge mods were upped to 20% in the new update. Very nice!

The Damage isn't listed at the top.

Not sure why, maybe a new bug, or it might be intentional what with the new inscriptions.

There's a new staff head.

Has the 20% mod.

Called an Adept Staff Head, I saw it at the Priest of Balthazar last night.

I dont why it would be showing up on an Unident, but, that seems the logical answer.

Look at 2nd picture - another inherent mod appeared AFTER ID.

The grammar is painful, but that sums it up for you, folks. The HSR attribute on staves is now a natural inherent attribute, present on all staves. The only variable is the percentage. This explains why it is visible when the staves are unidentified.

The recharge is an inherent mod. The cast is an inscription. The recharge mod cannot be removed or replaced i think. Thats what it looks like on the PvP weapons creation anyway.

you need to read game updates before posting this kind of stuff, all of your questions will be answered by going there first.

the hsr showing up first is normal, and is intended, they may change it if it gets negative feedback, but it is in no way a bug.

hmm, does that mean I can find new shields/focus/weapons that can be upgraded with new upgrades (inscription, shield handle, focus hole?) with tyria/canthan skins?

The Half recharge mod on staffs is now just a Base mod, just like the +10 energy. It can be found on ALL new staffs. It is the way to make finding perfect staffs just as easy as finding perfect swords was before, as we have now only 1 variable mod (called Inscription and removable on Elonian staffs).
And i think that the new staff heads and wrappings CAN'T be found in Tyria and Cantha at all.

I like this change for staffs a lot. Before they were simply a cool phallic symbol, now they may actually be functional.
